Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Each product page lists its measurements, and our Size Guide includes a full bust–waist–hip chart plus how-to-measure instructions. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us your measurements and we will recommend the best fit.

Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order?

Select pieces, including our Áo Dài, can be made to your measurements. Made-to-order items are crafted specially for you and are final sale. Contact us before ordering to arrange custom sizing.

How should your pieces fit?

Our ready-to-wear is designed with a structured, tailored silhouette. Many pieces feature boning, lining or built-in shaping — if you prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery within Vietnam takes 2–4 business days; international orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us if you would like an estimate before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags. Made-to-order, custom and final-sale pieces are not eligible. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.

How do I care for my Keira Tong pieces?

Our garments are crafted from delicate fabrics and hand-applied embellishments. We recommend professional dry cleaning and storing pieces flat or padded to protect beadwork and 3D florals. Care guidance is included with each order.

We accept major international credit cards and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I order wholesale or for a showroom?

Yes. We work with select stockists, showrooms and buyers internationally. For wholesale and partnership enquiries, please contact us directly.
