Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or custom pieces (including bespoke Áo Dài) require 2–4 weeks production time before shipping. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over USD 300.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or our trusted local carriers.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Customs delays are beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@keiratong.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipping cannot be guaranteed.
