Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and untagged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and care tags attached.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Sale items (marked final sale)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (including bespoke Áo Dài)
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without all original tags and packaging

How to Return

  1. Email vuanhtu@aucouture.vn within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited availability of our handcrafted pieces. To exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any associated fees. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping fees and duties paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
